What you are buying
Your purchase is a yearly Subscription to the KitchenSink4AI Business tools for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the browser, for the number of Users within the Band you certify at checkout. The browser tool is named KitchenSink4Web.
While your Subscription is active, it includes every update we publish to the Business editions, limited support by email, downloads from the Portal, and the Workflow Packs you purchased. Limited support excludes deployment services, a help desk, and corporate IT support.
The Software installs on your own Windows machines and connects to AI assistants that support local MCP servers. We have verified Claude Code and the Codex CLI. Other MCP-capable assistants are expected to work, but we give no warranty and no guarantee for them. Some servers within the Software may run on macOS, without guarantee.

Enterprise quotations are requested at [email protected].
Prices exclude tax. Tax is added at checkout where it applies, and the total is shown before payment. The monthly figure shown on the pricing page is the yearly price divided by twelve; the charge itself is made once a year. Solo's launch price covers the first year only, and the renewal is at the standard Solo price in effect on the Renewal Date.
A User is a person who runs the Software through an AI assistant on that person's own account. A recipient of a document the Software produced is not a User, unless that person accesses that document or product through the Software, at which point that person becomes a User. A contractor or a member of staff counts as a User only while acting as staff of the purchasing organization. One autonomous agent instance is one User. Sub-agents inside one assistant session are the same single User. One dedicated API endpoint is one User. A person who runs several assistant sessions is one User, and an unattended agent that runs on a schedule is one User, however often it runs.
You certify at checkout the Band containing your organization's User count. That certification carries forward at each renewal. Re-certification is required only when your Band changes. Growth past your certified Band does not permit new installations until you purchase a higher Band. A mid-term increase to a higher Band is prorated for the remainder of the Term, does not move the Renewal Date, and the renewal that follows is charged at the higher Band's price. A decrease takes effect at renewal. Beyond the listed self-checkout Bands, licenses are purchased by contacting [email protected].
Founders Pricing is offered in each self-checkout Band above Solo while that Band's Founders window is open, as shown on the buy page at the time of purchase. Solo is never a Founders place. Enterprise carries no Founders Pricing unless its agreement says so. Founders status attaches to the organization, survives an upgrade or a downgrade at the receiving Band's Founders price, uses no second place, and ends when the Subscription ends.
Who you are buying from
Alvut Consulting, LLC, a Maryland, United States company, trading as KitchenSink4AI.
Paddle.com is the merchant of record for this purchase. Paddle's buyer terms cover payment, taxes, invoices, and card details, and Paddle charges your payment method at each yearly renewal.
The License attached to your purchase governs your use of the Software.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Maryland, United States. Any dispute arising from them is heard in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
Delivery
The License and the payment record are emailed to the address you give at checkout. The Software is downloaded from the Portal at get.kitchensink4.ai/my-license/. Sign-in to the Portal is by a code sent to that same address. The License is issued to the legal entity named at checkout, and the installer verifies that name.
The email confirming your purchase also carries a download link, valid for thirty days, and a reply to that email brings you a new one.
Download links are short-lived. A link stops working when it is older than thirty days, when a newer link has been issued for the same License, when the purchase was refunded, or when the License has ended.
Updates and renewal
Your Subscription renews automatically at the end of each Term, charged at the price in effect on the Renewal Date, to the payment method held by Paddle. We give at least thirty days' written notice before a price change applies to a renewal. We send reminders thirty days and seven days before each Renewal Date, each naming the date and the amount of the coming charge. Cancellation is self-service in the Portal, with no call and no email.
On cancellation, everything you have paid for continues to the last day of the current Term. After that date, your installed Office and browser tools keep working, with no time limit, but updates, limited support, Portal re-downloads, and the right to use any Workflow Pack stop. The Software enforces the end of the right to use a Workflow Pack; the core tools are never disabled. The versions you received during a paid Term may be reinstalled on your organization's devices, including replacement machines, from an installer you saved, and your License File stays valid for those versions.
A failed renewal charge starts a twenty-one-day Grace Period. Updates stop on the day of the failed charge. During the Grace Period, the Subscription, Founders status, Workflow Pack access, and limited support continue. Portal re-downloads do not continue, because they already ended on the last day of the Term. A payment made within the Grace Period continues the Term from the original Renewal Date, with no gap. After the Grace Period, the Subscription has ended, you are a new customer for billing and pricing purposes, and you are not eligible for any new-customer discount.
Licenses bought before 16 September 2026 as one-time purchases keep the terms they were bought under: no automatic renewal, updates through the date stated at purchase, and renewal only by your own choice from the Portal.
Refunds
We commit that every charge, for a first purchase or for a renewal, is refundable within fourteen days of that charge, with no reason required. After fourteen days, a refund is made when a defect that cannot be fixed stops the product working as described. The refunds page states what happens to your License in each case. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal and any remedy for a defective product.
No warranty and no guarantee
The Software is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and freedom from error or interruption.
We give no warranty and no guarantee for any MCP client that we have not verified. The product runs on Windows. Some servers within the Software may run on macOS, without guarantee.
The Software executes the instructions sent to it by the AI application you choose. You select that application, its provider, its prompts, and its permissions, and you control what it is allowed to do. We are not a party to the behavior of that application, and we do not review or control the instructions it sends to the Software. You are responsible for keeping backups of your documents and data and for reviewing the changes the Software makes at your assistant's direction before you rely on them.
The limitation of liability in the License, Clause 14, applies to this Subscription.
Support
Support is by email at [email protected] while your Subscription is active. During the launch window, our target is to respond within three business days, Korea Standard Time. A response is not a commitment to resolve your issue within that time.
Support under this License is limited support and excludes deployment services, a help desk, and corporate IT support.
