PRICING

Pick the band that fits. One price a year.

KitchenSink4AI Business is priced per year, by band. Choose the band that covers your number of users, and the price includes the tools that run inside Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and your browser.

KitchenSink4AI Business runs on your own Windows machines and connects to AI assistants that support local MCP servers. Claude Code and the Codex CLI are verified today. Other MCP-capable assistants are expected to work, though we offer no warranty or guarantee for them. Some servers may run on macOS, without guarantee.

01

Find your band

Count everyone who will run the tools: each person using an AI assistant on their own account, each autonomous agent instance, and each dedicated API endpoint, such as one help desk agent on a public website. Do not count people who only receive the finished documents, and do not count sub-agents spawned inside a single assistant session; those count as the same user as the session that spawned them.

Once you have that number, find your band in the first column of the table below.

For example, an organization with three regular users and one automated agent counts four users and fits the Starter band. An organization with twelve people across three departments fits the Team band.

All prices are in US dollars, plus tax where it applies. The yearly amount is charged once a year. The monthly figure divides that yearly price by twelve and is shown for comparison only; it is not a monthly charge. The per-user figure divides the yearly price by the band's user ceiling, so it assumes every place in the band is filled.

A band is one price for a range of users, not a per-seat charge. An organization with fewer users than the band ceiling still pays the band price.

Why two prices

The standard price is each band's regular yearly price. It is what every subscriber pays once a band's Founders window has closed, and it is also the price a Founders subscriber returns to if a subscription lapses beyond the grace period.

Founders pricing is offered in each band above Solo while that band's Founders window is open, as recognition for supporting a new company from the start. The buy page shows whether a band's window is open when you subscribe, and the price then holds for as long as the subscription stays active without a gap.

Solo1 user

Launch price

$149 for your first year.

$12.42 a month in the first year, $24.58 a month after that, billed yearly.

The standard price is $295 per year.

The launch price applies to the first year of a Solo subscription for early adopters who subscribe during the launch window. The window closes when Founders pricing in the other bands closes, or when we close it, with no date promised, and the subscription then renews at the standard Solo price in effect on the renewal date.

02

Founders pricing

Founders pricing is offered in each self-checkout band above Solo while that band's Founders window is open, and the buy page shows whether it is open when you subscribe. Solo is a launch price, not a Founders place, and Enterprise carries no Founders pricing unless its agreement says so.

Founders status attaches to the organization, not to a single purchase. It survives an upgrade or a downgrade, at the receiving band's Founders price, and does not use a second Founders place. An organization that starts on the Solo launch price and later upgrades takes a Founders place in the receiving band if one remains.

The Founders price is held for as long as the subscription stays active without a gap; the twenty-one-day grace period after a missed renewal payment is not treated as a gap. Founders customers keep the launch workflows only while the subscription stays active. A Founders license that lapses past the grace period renews at the standard price in effect on the date of renewal.

03

What a subscription includes

A KitchenSink4AI Business subscription includes the tools for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the browser, every update published to the Business editions during the paid year, limited support by email, downloads from the license portal while the subscription is active, and the workflow packs you purchased.

A KitchenSink4AI Business subscription licenses the Business edition only. Each tool's Community edition is licensed separately, under its own open-source AGPL license, published with that tool.

04

Who counts as a user

A user is a person who runs the tools through an AI assistant on their own account. A person who only receives, reads, or edits a finished document is not a user; they become one if they run the tools themselves or access that document or product through the Software. Contractors and staff count only while acting as staff of your organization; a contractor working for someone else needs their own license or their employer's.

One autonomous agent instance counts as one user. Sub-agents spawned inside a single assistant session count as the same user as that session. One dedicated API endpoint, such as a single help desk agent on a public website, counts as one user.

A person who runs several assistant sessions is one user, and an unattended agent that runs on a schedule is one user, however often it runs.

Count users, not headcount. An organization with twenty employees, eight of whom run the tools, counts eight users.

05

Billing without surprises

The subscription renews automatically each year, charged at the price in effect on the renewal date. We give at least thirty days' written notice before a price change applies to a renewal. Reminders go out thirty days and seven days before the renewal date, naming the date and the amount of that charge.

Cancellation is self-service in the license portal; no call and no email are needed. Canceling stops future charges, and coverage already paid for continues to the end of the current term. After that date, the installed core tools keep working, and updates, limited support, portal downloads, and workflow pack use stop.

A failed renewal charge starts a twenty-one-day grace period. During it, the subscription, Founders status, workflow pack access, and limited support continue; portal re-downloads do not.

Every charge, whether your first purchase or a renewal, is refundable within fourteen days of that charge, with no reason required. That makes your purchase risk-free for two weeks. Send a request to [email protected].

A refunded first purchase ends the license, cancels the subscription, stops download links, and requires you to remove the Software from your systems. A refunded renewal reverts coverage to the end date of the preceding term, which is named in the refund confirmation email.

06

Room to grow

Buy a band increase from the license portal. A mid-term increase is prorated for the remainder of the current term, and the renewal date does not move; the renewal after an increase is billed at the higher band's price. New installations beyond the certified band are not permitted until the higher band is purchased. Growth beyond the self-checkout bands is arranged by contacting [email protected].

Your band certification carries forward at renewal automatically; re-certification is required only when your band changes. A band decrease takes effect at renewal.

Limited support is included by email at [email protected], with a response target of three business days, Korea Standard Time. A reply is a response, not a resolution. Limited support excludes deployment services, a help desk, and corporate IT support.
