The tools we ship do not send your documents, or anything about them, off your machine, and they carry no trackers, analytics, or telemetry. The Business edition asks our release server once a day whether a newer version exists, sending only the product name and version; license verification for the installed tools is offline, and the browser tool may fetch a public tokenizer table. This site counts visits with cookie-free analytics that record no visitor IP addresses. Spam is filtered at our edge, where rate limiting briefly keeps a keyed hash of your network address for up to two hours. Your message is delivered to our mailbox, and we do not log its contents along the way.
