The problem
Ask a model the same question twice and you get two different answers. For a chatbot, that is personality. For analysis, it is disqualifying: a conclusion nobody can reproduce is a conclusion nobody can audit, defend, or be held to. The industries that run on defensible answers, law, finance, intelligence, compliance, medicine, are stuck at the demo stage with AI for exactly this reason.
The idea
Didymoi splits the work. A deterministic layer builds the record: what was asked, what was consulted, what was found. The model works inside that record and has no power to alter it. Grounding is handed over as a fence, not a springboard.
The result is a probabilistic system answerable to a deterministic one.
The analysis can be re-run, checked, and disagreed with on the evidence.
Why it matters
Every serious buyer of AI analysis eventually asks the same question: why should I trust this? Today the honest answer is a shrug and some benchmarks. The trust layer, the piece that turns model output into a defensible record, does not exist yet as infrastructure.
